The following Terms of Service Agreement is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship between Off The Clock Resumes LLC (your "Resume Writer") and you (the "Client").

Your Resume Writer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to comply with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and these Terms of Service:

  • COMMUNICATION: To return calls and emails within 2 business days during typical office hours which are 10:00am-6:00pm Pacific Time Monday through Thursday and 10:00am-2:00pm Pacific Time on Fridays. No guarantee of meeting your expectations of timeliness is being made.
  • QUALITY: To use and defend proven strategies and techniques in compliance with quality standards established by the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARW/CC).
  • ACCURACY: To make every effort to ensure that the recommended content is 100% free of errors; however, error-free content is not guaranteed.
  • SATISFACTION: To provide 2 rounds of revisions per project for accuracy and clarity to ensure the Client is satisfied with the recommended content. If requested revisions conflict with the quality standards of the PARW, a Waiver of Responsibility must be signed releasing your Resume Writer from association with your resume development before changes are made. If the scope of the project has changed after payment has been processed for the initial project (e.g. introducing a new job target), additional fees will be charged prior to project continuation. Silence or failure to approve drafts in a timely manner will constitute as acceptance of the drafts as the final documents and the project will be closed at the discretion of your Resume Writer.

The Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to comply with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and these Terms of Service:
  • CODE OF CONDUCT: To respect the expertise of his or her Resume Writer by not directing his or her Resume Writer, not supplying examples of work to be imitated, not requesting extensive rewrites or design changes based on another professional or non-professional example, not plagiarizing your Resume Writer's original content for a design or template that is not created by your Resume Writer, or any similar action at the discretion of your Resume Writer. While feedback is encouraged, your Resume Writer will defend the strategies and techniques applied to your project. Furthermore, your Resume Writer will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from alterations or removal of recommended content.
  • FEEDBACK: To provide requested information, feedback on documents, revision requests, and/or approval of drafts to initiate project completion in a timely manner.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY: To proofread any documents received prior to submitting to job applications, recruiters, and/or for consideration of employment. Interviews, job offers, or any career outcomes are not guaranteed as results are incumbent upon the Client actively utilizing recommended job search strategies, applying for positions the Client is qualified for, and using the recommended content as advised.
  • PAYMENT/REFUNDS: To render full payment or initiate a payment plan to Off The Clock Resumes LLC before project commencement. Like any writing project, there will be multiple drafts and revisions. Consequently, there are no refunds once first drafts have been sent by email.

Violations to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and these Terms of Service will be subject to project termination prior to completion with no refund.
